Portia “the Number Cruncher” holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from University of KwaZulu Natal. She is a self-motivated, detail oriented individual with audit experience who has risen within the ranks to become an Accounting professional of note since joining Dicomm McCann in 2014.

An enthusiastic digital strategist with experience working with international brands in South Africa and Zimbabwe. Holder of a double major undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Economics (NMMU) as well as an Honours degree in Strategic Brand Management from VEGA School of Brand Leadership.
His areas of expertise include Traffic, IT, Procurement and Systems Development. He is a highly experienced manager with years of exposure in different roles and industries. Albert is at the heart of the Agency Systems.
Willard is an experienced technical leader and customer experience fanatic with a passion for building high-performance result-oriented teams across geographies. He has a demonstrated history of working on the front lines of innovation in the Fintech, Telecoms, digital marketing, marketing/advertising and platforms/systems space.

The story of Herbert at the Dicomm Group began when he joined the business at its infancy stage responsible for financial issues. He worked as the Finance Director until 2002 when he assumed the Group Chief Operating role. Within that role, he was responsible for all the Zimbabwe operations and later moved to South Africa in 2006 to run Dicomm Grey SA.
Apart from his acumen for numbers, Herbert’s ability to identify and develop talent across the entire business is unparalleled. Coupled with his passion for brand building, Dicomm was able to develop some of the best ever campaigns to come out of Zimbabwe as he ran the ad operations including the “It’s bhoo neChibuku” for Delta Beverages, “Through ups and downs, you’ve got a friend” for Buddie and “Kukohwa donje kukohwa mari” for COTTCO amongst many others.
Herbert is currently a Non-executive Director for the Dicomm Group who is still very much involved in making sure that the business is financially healthy and well taken care of.
Enoch is the founder of multiple businesses in Africa and the United States where he presently resides. His business portfolio includes operations in brand building and brand protection & software engineering. He founded his first business, Dicomm in 1990. Dicomm is an abbreviation for Direct Communications and it is the first black owned Ad Agency in the history of Zimbabwe. In 1998 Enoch founded Dicomm Botswana and in 2000, Dicomm Grey South Africa, he then moved to the US in 2004.
To date, Dicomm McCann and TotalMedia UM are two leading advertising operations in Zimbabwe, offering their services across multiple African countries. In the US Enoch also founded an Intelligence-as-a-Service business AllVirtuous. Inc, a platform that collects brand protection data from more than 50 cities around the world. On the Adtech side, he founded Dynaton LLC, an AdExchange platform.
Enoch has in the past sat on Grey Worldwide Africa’s board from 2000-2005 where he had to oversee work for various clients with operations across Africa, Europe and Asia Pacific. His entrepreneurship has resulted in him being inducted into the prestigious 500 Start-up, a programme designed for start-ups by Silicon Valley (US) investors.
